I head up the Technology & Transformation function at Infinite, providing talent solutions for clients across the Retail, Private Equity and FMCG space, across the UK and Europe. I leverage my industry knowledge and professional network to deliver high-quality interim and permanent candidates for various senior technology and transformation roles.
I typically provide high profile retailers, luxury fashion outlets and 3PL businesses with Permanent & Contract recruitment solutions within their Technology & Supply Chain space.
I have been in recruitment since I was 17 (it’s literally all I know) and in 2021 decided it was time for a change to develop my career and joined Infinite. I am now part of the Supply Chain Tech team working on all things WMS! I support candidates and clients on Permanent roles this can be from Superusers, Testers and Analysts to Project Manager’s, Business Analyst’s and Consultants.
I head up the Operations function at Infinite Talent, providing top talent solutions to a plethora of our client portfolio, typically within the FMCG, Retail and 3PL verticals. Placing mid-senior management across the UK&I / Mainland Europe. A true specialism of mine is partnering with clients embarking on large transformational change, if this be a site start-up, strategical change management or system implementation. We have the experience and market knowledge to be able to deliver the best-in-class service, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.

I joined infinite at the start of 2023 as their growth plans team structure really appealed to me, I have over 5 years experience in the blue and white collar market, working to solve hiring challenges with the right talent for HR, Learning and development and finance vacancies from junior to director level positions.
My role here is heading up our Permanent Technology & Transformation function for the UK.
My role includes partnering with Technology leaders to hire across Business & Technology Change, Transformation and Product teams which includes but not limited to; Project Managers, Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners & Managers & PMO functions.
I have over 8 years’ experience working in Recruitment, all of which have been around Warehouse Management Systems. I have been lucky enough to be a part of Infinite since we launched 4 years ago and after having my little boy I now head up the WMS Market where we cover both Contract and Permanent, technical and functional resource for all of the UK and Europe.
