2024 has been a year of incredible change and transformation for the Infinite Talent team. New investment from the Talent Group in the summer has enabled us to start work on some really exciting growth projects for next year.
I’m incredibly excited about what the future holds and also privileged to lead such an incredible team of industry experts.
We have repositioned the brand so that all of our core strengths are now reflected in our brand story and each division is represented for the incredible work that they do in helping our customers everyday.
And all of this work is just the start of what is to come. In 2025, we will also be one of just a handful of organisations to have access to the swipejobs staffing platform.
The platform is already redefining recruitment across North America and is responsible for over 50,000 placements per day in the region. Using the latest in AI and Machine Learning technology, swipejobs will enable us to connect with relevant talent faster and with greater accuracy than any other UK based staffing agency.
We will also be looking to invest in growing the team, identifying only the very best and most experienced consultants across technology change, HR, finance and logistics to join us on this journey.
